Chef Chiradeep Pal

With 25+ years of hands-on experience, Chef Chiradeep Pal is a seasoned bakery consultant and one of the most respected names in the Eastern Indian culinary landscape. A graduate of IHM Kolkata, he is known not only for his artistic finesse in pastry-making but also for his deep industry insight, especially in 5-star hotels and large-scale bakery operations across the region. Based in Bhubaneswar, Chef Pal has played a pivotal role in shaping bakery businesses through his consultancy services—offering guidance on everything from vendor management and consumer preferences to streamlining bakery operations. His extensive network and practical understanding of the local market make him a go-to expert for many bakeries, hotels, and food entrepreneurs in the area. In November 2010, Chef Pal founded JBL Academy of Culinary Arts with the vision to nurture talent and elevate pastry education in India. With City & Guilds, London-accredited programs, JBL has since become a premier culinary institute focused on hands-on learning, industry relevance, and excellence. Beyond the classroom, Chef Pal serves as a mentor and advisor to several universities and culinary institutions, passionately guiding the next generation of chefs with his technical know-how and unwavering dedication. Chef Mahmood Ali

Starting his career at the prestigious 5 Star Hotels, Chef Ali quickly adapted to high hospitality standards. He went on to refine his service skills at renowned 5 Star Hotels & Cafe Eager to grow, he ventured abroad and gained international exposure before returning to India to join the launch of a Cafe. A turning point came with personal challenges that led him to pursue a professional diploma in culinary arts. Since 2018-19, Chef Ali has trained under Chef Chiradeep Pal, fully transitioning into the culinary field. His journey from service to kitchen reflects resilience, dedication, and a passion for food.

Chef Riju Dey

With over 20 years of experience in leading hotels and restaurants, Chef Riju is a seasoned culinary professional with expertise in Continental and Indian cuisines, particularly Tandoor and rich gravies. His versatile career spans specialty kitchens, banquets, and large-scale operations, making him a respected name in the hospitality industry. He has consulted for esteemed establishments like Calcutta Club. A familiar face on regional media platforms such as ABP and Hangla Henshel, he has led numerous culinary workshops and live shows, earning recognition as a celebrity chef in Eastern India. Known for his calm leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, he continues to inspire and mentor the next generation of culinary professionals.

Chef Nishha Jaiswal

Chef Nishha is a dynamic professional with a unique mix of expertise in culinary arts, entrepreneurship, HR, digital marketing, and content creation. A trained Pastry Chef and Management Postgraduate, she has led food ventures, festive campaigns, and talent initiatives. Known for her operational acumen and creative thinking, Nishha is also deeply involved in social causes and youth leadership. With a strategic mindset and purpose-driven approach, she adds strong value to every project she undertakes.
