Return & Refund Policy

At JBL Hospitality, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, or accessories intact.

The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.


Non-returnable items include:

Books, course materials, or digital downloads

Perishable goods (e.g., culinary kits with perishables)

Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

Gift cards or vouchers

Items collected in person from a JBL Academy branch

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at jblacademy0901@gmail.com with:

Your order number

Description of the issue

Photos (in case of damage or wrong item)

We will respond within 2 business days with the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will bear the cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

All returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of online payments, processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet: Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

Then contact your bank

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, follow the return process and indicate that you would prefer a replacement.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Once dispatched, the order will fall under the return and refund policy.
